BCP Asia AYM Holding (Cayman) reduced its stake in GNI Group (TYO:2160) to 9.95% of total voting rights from 10.63% previously, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Monday.
The investor now holds 65,413 voting rights in the company, compared with 69,820 voting rights previously. It remains the company's largest shareholder.
Shares of the healthcare company fell more than 3% in recent trade.
