GMO Payment Gateway (TYO:3769) fully redeemed zero-coupon convertible bonds at its Monday maturity date, according to a same-day filing in Tokyo.
The 20 billion yen bonds issued June 22, 2021, were repaid using cash on hand and proceeds from straight bonds issued in July 2025.
