Global One Real Estate Investment (TYO:8958) posted a net income of 3.98 billion for the six months ended March 31, down 14% from 4.61 billion in the previous half-year period.
The REIT's net income per unit declined to 4,088 yen from 4,704 yen in the previous six-month period, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Thursday.
Operating revenue fell 6.7% to 7.54 billion from 8.09 billion in the prior half-year period.
Global One declared a final dividend of 3,681 yen per unit for the fiscal period, payable from June 15.
For the six months ending Sept. 30, the REIT expects net income of 3.53 billion yen and operating revenue of 8.01 billion yen.
For the half-year ending March 31, 2027, it expects net income of 3.46 billion yen and operating revenue of 7.96 billion yen.
Global One Real Estate Investment plans to pay dividends of 3,200 yen per unit for each of the next two fiscal periods.
