GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals (NSE:GLAXO, BOM:500660) consolidated net profit increased to 2.78 billion Indian rupees in the quarter ended March 31 against 2.63 billion rupees a year ago.
Earnings per share rose to 16.40 rupees from 15.52 rupees, according to post-market hours filing on Wednesday.
Revenue from operations in fiscal Q4 increased to 9.95 billion rupees from 9.74 billion rupees in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.
The board of the company recommended a dividend of 57 rupees per share for the financial year ended March 31.
