Ginlong Technologies to Sell Two Project Subsidiaries for Over 7 Million Yuan

Ginlong Technologies (SHE:300763) subsidiaries Ginlong Smart and Zhejiang Haisu will transfer all the equity of Julu Chengyang and Julu Yirui to Shijiazhuang Zhenggang for a combined 7.2 million yuan.

The two target companies operate rooftop distributed photovoltaic projects with a combined capacity of about 2.6 megawatts, according to a weekend filing with the Shenzhen bourse.

The transaction is expected to generate pre-tax profit of about 334,500 yuan.

Shares of the PV string inverter specialist closed 2% lower Monday.
