Geto New Materials Completes Name Change, Capital Increase to 576 Million Yuan

Geto New Materials Group (SHE:300986), formerly Jiangxi Geto New Materials, completed its industrial and commercial registration following shareholder approval.

The name change reflects its expanding cross-regional operations and international growth strategy, according to a Wednesday aftermarket filing with the Shenzhen bourse.

The company also increased registered capital to 575.7 million yuan from 412.0 million yuan, following a capital reserve conversion

Shares of the aluminum formwork rental company closed 4% lower Thursday.

CPE Technology Unit to Buy Johor Land with Factory for MYR10 Million

CPE Technology's (KLSE:CPETECH) subsidiary, Champion Precision Technology, agreed to acquire a piece of freehold land with a factory in Johor, Malaysia, from Flomatic Industries, for 10 million ringgit, according to a Wednesday filing with Bursa Malaysia.The acquisition will be funded via proceeds from the company's initial public offering.The expansion is part of CPE's strategy to strengthen its manufacturing capabilities and expand production capacity.The transaction is expected to conclude by the second quarter of 2027, the filing said.
