Genpact (G) said Tuesday that it has named Sumita Pandit as chief financial officer, effective Wednesday.
Pandit will succeed Michael Weiner, who will remain with the firm as an advisor through the end of Q1.
Shares of Genpact were down nearly 4% in recent Tuesday trading.
