GenFleet Therapeutics (HKG:2595) said it has started a three-arm phase 2 study evaluating two combination therapies against GFH375 monotherapy in previously treated patients with KRAS G12D-mutant advanced pancreatic cancer, according to a Thursday bourse filing.
The study will assess GFH375 in combination with GFS202A, a GDF15/IL-6 bispecific antibody targeting cancer cachexia, and GFH375 in combination with GFH276, a Pan-RAS inhibitor, the filing said.
The trial will be conducted across multiple sites in mainland China, with Ruijin Hospital as the lead site.
Shares of the biopharmaceutical company were up 12% in Thursday afternoon trade.
