Generate Biomedicines (GENB) shares fell 4.6% in Thursday trading after the company posted a wider-than-expected Q2 net loss and lower revenue.
The company reported Q2 net loss of $0.52 per diluted share, narrowing from a loss of $1.94 a year earlier.
Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expected a loss of $0.50.
Collaboration revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $6.3 million, down from $10.1 million a year ago.
Three analysts expected $5.5 million.
