Genasys, Intterra Partner for Evacuation Software Integration

Genasys (GNSS) said Wednesday that it has established a collaboration with Intterra to create a mutual link between their respective emergency notification systems.

The technical connection permits public safety departments to issue evacuation alerts directly into the newly launched California state emergency application, Genasys said.

Intterra plans to roll out the software model throughout the country to offer standardized access to official crisis updates, Genasys said.

TETRA Technologies Launches $100 Million Common Stock Offering

TETRA Technologies (TTI) said Tuesday it commenced an underwritten public offering of $100 million of shares of common stock.The company said it expects to grant underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to an additional $15 million of shares to cover over-allotments.Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including funding construction of its Arkansas bromine project, according to a statement.Shares of the company were down over 9% in extended trading.
