GE HealthCare Launches New Breast Ultrasound, Enterprise Viewing Systems

GE HealthCare Technologies (GEHC) said Monday it launched Invenia ABUS Prime and ABUS StreamVue, expanding its breast imaging portfolio with systems designed to support supplemental screening for women with dense breasts and remote exam review across multiple locations.

Invenia ABUS Prime combines automated 3D breast ultrasound with artificial intelligence-enabled tools to standardize imaging, improve scan consistency and patient comfort, reduce reading time, assist lesion detection and support earlier cancer detection when used with mammography, the company said.

ABUS StreamVue is a browser-based viewing platform that allows clinicians to review exams remotely and compare images across sites. GE HealthCare is collaborating with Candelis to provide the technology, which recently received US Food and Drug Administration clearance and CE marking, the company said.

Apple Faces Supply Constraints, Currency Drag in Q4 Amid AI Strategy Questions, UBS Says
