GCL Energy to Invest 167 Million Yuan to Set Up Partnership Fund

GCL Energy Technology (SHE:002015), through its unit GCL Smart Energy (Suzhou), will invest 166.7 million yuan to establish a partnership fund in cooperation with other investors, according to a Thursday disclosure on the Shenzhen bourse.

The Xuancheng Anyuan Strategic Emerging Industries Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) aims to raise capital worth 1 billion yuan and will primarily invest in strategic emerging industries.

The solar materials manufacturer will own 16.7% of the partnership fund.

XMH Holdings' Attributable Profit Up 25% in Fiscal H2
