Gansu Jiu Steel Group Hongxing Iron & Steel (SHA:600307) terminated bankruptcy proceedings for former subsidiary Jiugang Group Yicheng Iron & Steel after the disposal of the former unit's assets, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The former subsidiary, which was 90% controlled by the listed company, entered bankruptcy proceedings in 2018.
