Ganesh Housing's Consolidated Profit Declines in Fiscal Q4

Ganesh Housing (NSE:GANESHHOUC, BOM:526367) consolidated profit fell to 613.6 billion Indian rupees in the fiscal fourth quarter from 1.65 billion rupees a year ago, according to an Indian bourse filing on Friday.

Earnings per share in the quarter ended March 31 dropped to 7.36 rupees from 19.78 rupees a year earlier.

The real estate company's revenue from operations plunged year on year to 950.6 million rupees from 2.51 billion rupees, the filing said.

The company declared a final dividend of 1.50 rupees per share for the financial year ended March 31.

Shares of Ganesh Housing were up nearly 2% at market close.
