Galloper Gold to Raise $2.2 Million Via Non-Brokered Private Placement

Galloper Gold (BOOM.CN) arranged a non-brokered private placement for $2.2 million, it said Friday.

The offering is comprised of 16.9-million flow-through common shares at $0.12 per FT share for $2 million, and 2-million common shares at $0.10 apiece for $200,000. A strategic investor of the company has committed to participating in the private placement of FT shares for up to $999,996, it said.

Closing is expected on May 29. Proceeds from the private placement of FT shares will be used for its 2026 exploration program.

Proceeds from the private placement of shares will be used for general working capital needs.

Shares of the company were last seen unchanged at $0.09 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
