GalaxyCore (SHA:688728) received a 57 million yuan order from a global smartphone company to supply 50-megapixel image sensor products with a 0.64 μm pixel size, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Saturday.
The semiconductor and integrated circuit designer's shares slipped 1% during Monday's afternoon trade.
The 0.64 μm 50-megapixel image sensor, which is used in a variety of smartphone camera modules, is developed in the company's GalaxyCell 2.0 process platform.
