G8 Education (ASX:GEM) appointed Chief People Officer Linda Carroll as chief operating officer, effective July 20, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
Carroll succeeds Shane Dann, who is stepping down on July 17 to pursue other opportunities, the filing added.
