Fujitsu (TYO:6702) Chairman Hidenori Furuta resigned on Tuesday following "woman-related inappropriate conduct," Reuters reported Tuesday, citing a company spokesperson.
Furuta will also not stand for election to the company's board at the firm's upcoming annual meeting.
The company did not disclose additional details regarding the conduct, according to the report.
