Fubon Financial's (TPE:2881) insurance unit Fubon Life Insurance plans to invest up to $27 million in AH AI Opportunities Fund, according to a Tuesday Taiwan Stock Exchange filing.
AH AI Opportunities Fund is a private fund managed by a16z Capital Management, and the investment will give Fubon Life an estimated 2.7% stake in the fund.

Lakala Payment (SHE:300773) has decided to terminate its proposed secondary listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Exchange, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.The digital payment service provider initially approved the overseas listing plans in August and September 2025.However, due to changes in the market environment and adjustments to its plans, the board voted at a meeting on Tuesday to scrap the plan.
