Frenken Group Issues, Allots Shares Under Employees' Share Option Scheme

-- Frencken Group (SGX:E28) issued 100,000 shares following the exercise of options granted under the employees' share option scheme at SG$1.30 per share, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The new shares were listed and quoted on Monday, the filing added.
