Frasers Property's Attributable Profit Declines 38% in Fiscal H1; Shares Down 4%

-- Frasers Property's (SGX:TQ5) attributable profit to owners dropped by 38% during the fiscal first half ended March 31 to SG$88.4 million from SG$142.2 million a year earlier, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Earnings per share fell to SG$0.02 compared with SG$0.035 in the year-ago period.

Revenue declined 5.2% year over year to SG$1.51 billion from SG$1.59 billion, mainly due to the absence of contribution from Sky Eden@Bedok in Singapore.

Shares of the property developer and manager dropped nearly 4% in Friday trading.

GCL Technology (HKG:3800) unit GCL Solar Star Investment completed a $148 million debt offering, the firm said in a Hong Kong filing Thursday.The solar materials manufacturer's shares were down over 2% in late morning trade Friday.The unit sold 6.95% guaranteed convertible bonds due 2027 that can be exchanged for shares of GCL Technology at an initial rate of HK$1.21 per conversion share.Assuming full conversion, the bonds would net 958.6 million GCL Technology shares, representing 2.80% of the business on an enlarged basis.The convertible bonds were listed in Vienna.Proceeds from the debt offering will be used for general corporate purposes and repayment of debts, GCL Technology said.

Lotus Horizon Expects Slide to Loss in Q1 2026

Lotus Horizon (HKG:6063) said it expects HK$3.5 million in consolidated net loss for the first quarter of 2026, compared with a profit of HK$3.2 million a year earlier, according to a Hong Kong filing Thursday.The construction engineering services firm's shares gained over 1% in Friday morning trade.The firm attributed the slide into loss to a 13% year-on-year decrease in revenue due to slow progress on construction projects.

Wiwynn Logs NT$14 Billion Profit in Q1; Shares Gain 5%

Wiwynn (TPE:6669) posted a net profit attributable to owners of NT$14.1 billion for the first quarter, or NT$75.95 per basic share, according to a Thursday disclosure on the Taiwan Exchange.Shares gained about 5% in Friday's afternoon trade.The manufacturer of cloud infrastructure products did not provide comparative year-ago figures.Operating revenue amounted to NT$276.5 billion, it said.
