Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (SGX:BUOU) booked an occupancy of 96.1% for its fiscal third quarter ended June 30, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Weighted average lease expiry (WALE) came in at 4.9 years, with an aggregate leverage of 35.4% as of June 30.
During the period, the trust had a total of 114 properties valued at around SG$7.06 billion.

United Microelectronics (TPE:2303) board approved an investment of up to NT$1.7 billion in private equity fund TGVest Asia Partners III (Taiwan), according to a Wednesday Taiwan Exchange filing.The investment will be made through capital contributions based on capital call notices under the fund's limited partnership agreement.The funds will be used as a long-term investment, it said.
