Frasers Centrepoint Trust (SGX:J69U) issued nearly 1.5 million units at SG$2.2590 apiece for the payment of base fee components of management fee to its manager, Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The fee was for the period from April 1 to June 30.
Following the issuance, the manager now holds around 120.9 million units in the trust.

United Microelectronics (TPE:2303) board approved an investment of up to NT$1.7 billion in private equity fund TGVest Asia Partners III (Taiwan), according to a Wednesday Taiwan Exchange filing.The investment will be made through capital contributions based on capital call notices under the fund's limited partnership agreement.The funds will be used as a long-term investment, it said.
