Hon Hai Precision Industry or Foxconn's (TPE:2317) subsidiary, HCM International, disposed of 2.6 million common shares in Figure Technology Solutions, according to a Thursday filing with the Taiwan Exchange.
The total monetary amount of the transaction will be calculated based on the actual disposal price in a separate disclosure.
Prior to the disposal, the unit had a 1.18% stake in Figure Technology.
