Fortior Technology's Profit Jumps 75% in Q1

-- Fortior Technology (SHA:688279, HKG:1304) posted net profit attributable to shareholders of 88.3 million yuan for the first quarter, up 75% from 50.4 million yuan a year earlier, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

Hong Kong-listed shares of the integrated circuit design company were up nearly 1% in Wednesday afternoon trading.

Earnings per share came in at 0.77 yuan, up from 0.54 yuan a year earlier.

Revenue rose 46% to 250.3 million yuan from 171.2 million yuan in the prior-year period.
