Forrestania Resources Completes Acquisition of Hyden Project Holdings

Forrestania Resources (ASX:FRS) completed its acquisition of Hyden Project Holdings, including the Lady Magdalene and Lady Ada Projects in Western Australia, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The Hyden gold project has a mineral resource estimate of about 7 million tonnes at 1.3 grams per tonne grade of gold for 297,500 ounces of gold, per the filing.

The acquisition delivers "clear exploration upside" and adds a "significant mineral resource base" near the company's Lake Johnston processing plant, it said.
