Forms Syntron Launches HK$943 Million Hong Kong IPO

Shenzhen Forms Syntron Information (HKG:6700, SHE:300468) launched its Hong Kong initial public offering on Monday, seeking to raise up to HK$943.4 million.

The fintech services provider is offering roughly 58.9 million H-shares at a maximum price of HK$16.00 each, according to a bourse filing.

The IPO price is expected to be determined by Sept. 18, with allocation results due by Sept. 21, ahead of the company's planned trading debut on Sept. 22.

Net proceeds will be used to strengthen the company's R&D, increase its global footprint, boost sales, and for general corporate purposes.

The offering has attracted four cornerstone investors, including Yeebo Holdings (HKG:0259), which committed to subscribing for shares totaling HK$119.6 million.

CMB International, Guosen Securities, Victory Securities, Emperio Securities, FUTU Securities, Get Nice Securities, Armonia Capital, and Innovax Securities are the joint bookrunners and joint lead managers.
