Fluor (FLR), an engineering, procurement and construction company, has divested its equity stake in ICA-Fluor Daniel to its joint venture partner, ICA, for $175 million, following more than three decades of operation in Mexico, it said on Thursday.
The deal will allow Fluor to focus on other growth areas, while continuing to support ICA in its operations in Mexico on a project-by-project basis, according to the statement.
Fluor said it expects to receive proceeds exceeding the value of its 2026 earnings contribution from the joint venture following the divestment.
