Flight Centre Travel Group Adjusts Conversion Prices on Two Convertible Note Tranches

Flight Centre Travel Group (ASX:FLT) adjusted the conversion price on its AU$400 million 2.5% convertible notes due 2027 to AU$18.0941 from AU$18.5927, effective Sept. 17, following a dividend of AU$0.30 payable to shareholders of record on Sept. 18, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.

The company also adjusted the conversion price on its AU$450 million 2.5% convertible notes due 2032 to AU$15.4496 from AU$15.8753, effective Sept. 17, according to a separate filing.

The company's shares rose 1% in recent Thursday trade.
