FleetPartners Group Receives Three Revised Acquisition Proposals

FleetPartners Group (ASX:FPR) said it received three revised acquisition proposals, including a AU$4.55 per share offer from SG Fleet Topco, AU$4.65 per share from Orix, and AU$4.65 per share from the Sumitomo consortium, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

Element Fleet Management, which was also granted limited access to due diligence, decided against submitting a revised proposal, per the filing.

FleetPartners said it has now granted further due diligence access to the three parties that expressed continued interest, but cautioned that there is no certainty of any binding offers.

Shui On Land's 20%-Owned Company to Sell China Property

Shui On Land (HKG:0272) said a company in which it holds a 19.8% stake agreed to sell a property in China to Chongqing Shengjuge Real Estate Agency for 201 million yuan.Chongqing Shui On Tiandi Real Estate Development expects the sale of the commercial site with a gross floor area of 31,287 square meters to support its resource allocation and cash flow, according to a Tuesday filing in Hong Kong.

Lisi Group Unit Renews Lease for Factory, Office Property in China

Lisi Group (HKG:0526) unit Ningbo Lisi Household Products renewed the lease of a factory space and office property in China ahead of its Sept. 30 expiry.The new lease agreement signed with lessor Da Mei (Ningbo) New Materials will be effective for three years starting Oct. 1, 2026, and ending Sept. 30, 2029.
