Fitch Ratings Indonesia has maintained DCI Indonesia's AA-(idn) national long-term rating, according to a recent release.
The rating agency considers the data center owner and operator's major position in the country as well as its high-quality but concentrated assets, Fitch said.
Fitch expects the company's EBITDA leverage to increase to between 5.5x and 6x in 2026 amid sizable growth efforts in the next few years.
The rating agency estimates a rise in the company's shell capacity to above 850 megawatts from 128 megawatts last year.
The rating agency sees solid cash flow visibility and a history of execution and balance sheet management to support the company's credit profile in line with its rating.
Notable shifts in the company's EBITDA net leverage, cash flow, or committed development capex stance could prompt future rating actions.
