Firm Capital Property Trust (FCD-UN.TO) filed a final short form base shelf prospectus with the securities regulatory authorities in all provinces and territories of Canada and has obtained a receipt for the Final Base Shelf Prospectus, it said on Wednesday.
The Final Base Shelf Prospectus allows the company to offer and issue, and certain current or future securityholders to offer and sell, from time to time, up to $250 million in aggregate of trust units, debt securities, subscription receipts, warrants or units or any combination of such securities, over a 25-month period.
The prospectus may also qualify an "at-the-market distribution" of trust units, it said.
Shares of the company were last seen down $0.01 to $6.78 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
