Finbar Group Starts Construction on Perth Residential Development

Finbar Group (ASX:FRI) started construction at its Romeo residential apartment development project in Perth, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

The company said 66% of the project has been sold, representing 103 sales from the 155-lot development, with Romeo achieving AU$121.1 million in presales to date since its public market launch in March.

The development is expected to be completed in the first half of fiscal 2029 with an estimated end value of about AU$192 million.
