Shanghai Feilo Acoustics (SHA:600651) plans to invest 50 million yuan to establish a partnership fund, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Tuesday.
The partnership fund, to be named Shanghai INESA Instrumentation Industry Ecosystem Fund (Limited Partnership), aims to raise capital of 510 million yuan. It will invest in companies in the industrial chain.
The smart hardware products manufacturer will own 9.8% of the partnership fund.
