FedEx (FDX) said Tuesday that its pilots have ratified a new collective bargaining agreement with the company and the Air Line Pilots Association by a majority vote.
The new agreement will take effect from June 29 and represents a "significant step" forward for the FedEx airline and its 5,000 pilots, the company said.
Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Tango Therapeutics (TNGX) said Monday it is launching $500 million underwritten public offering of common stock.All shares are offered by the company, according to a statement.Tango said it will grant underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $75 million of shares.
