Federal Bank (NSE:FEDERALBNK, BOM:500469) has allotted a total of 450,675 equity shares following the exercise of stock options under its ESOS 2010, ESOS 2017 and ESOS 2023 schemes.
The allotments were made to eligible option grantees after receipt of the exercise money across the respective schemes, according to a stock exchange filing on Wednesday.

Gentrack Group (ASX:GTK, NZE:GTK) completed its acquisition of airport technology and services provider Dubai Technology Partners, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.Dubai Technology Partners has around 60 employees and will be integrated into Gentrack's Veovo airports division, the company said.
