Far Eastern Construction, a subsidiary of Far Eastern New Century (TPE:1402), will sell buildings and parking spaces in Eco Park A+, a residential site in New Taipei City, for NT$303 million.
The transaction involves the sale of eight residential units and 10 parking spaces to affiliate parties, according to a Friday filing to the Taiwan Stock Exchange.
The gains from the disposal are estimated at around NT$71.5 million.
