F&C Investment Trust (NZE:FCT) has declared a first interim dividend of NZ$0.0099 per ordinary share for the year, up from the NZ$0.0095 per share paid in 2025, according to a Thursday filing with the New Zealand bourse.
The dividend will be paid on Aug. 3 to holders of record as of July 3, the filing said.
The dividend payment reported for 2025 has been adjusted to reflect the 4-for-1 share split that became effective on May 11, the filing added.

Gentrack Group (ASX:GTK, NZE:GTK) completed its acquisition of airport technology and services provider Dubai Technology Partners, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.Dubai Technology Partners has around 60 employees and will be integrated into Gentrack's Veovo airports division, the company said.
