EXoZymes (EXOZ) has priced its public offering of units, consisting of two shares of common stock and one common stock purchase warrant, at $18 per unit, with estimated gross proceeds of $5.3 million, the company said Monday.
The company also granted the underwriter a 45-day option to purchase up to 44,420 units at the offering price, it said.
Proceeds will be used to further develop N-trans-caffeoyltyramine opportunities associated with EXoZymes' NCT business, the company said.
The offering is slated to close on Tuesday.
Shares of the company were up 5.4% in early Monday trading.
