ExaWizards (TYO:4259) decided to establish a new subsidiary in Kyushu, Japan, with 300 million yen capital, to tackle regional labor shortages via localized AI services.
ExaForward Kyushu will serve as an R&D and talent development hub for western Japan, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Monday.
The technology expects the subsidiary to be established in August and begin operations in November.

South Korean software company Innoax (KOSDAQ:296640) secured a contract from Samsung SDS (KRX:018260) to enhance the Samsung Life Insurance front-core system, according to a Monday filing with the Korean Exchange.The contract, valued at 3.48 billion won, is valid till Dec. 21, 2027.Shares of Innoax fell nearly 1% in recent trade.
