EVT (ASX:EVT) said Event Cinemas Miranda has partnered with Imax to open a new Imax theater with Laser cinema in December, becoming EVT's second Imax location in Sydney and fourth in Australia as part of its strategy to offer premium entertainment, according to a Thursday statement.
The new Imax will open in time for the release of the Dune movie, which has selected scenes filmed for Imax, the company added.
