Evolution Metals & Technologies Joins Russell 3000, Russell 2000 Indexes

Evolution Metals & Technologies (EMAT) has joined the broad-market Russell 3000 Index and the small-cap Russell 2000 Index, it said Monday.

The inclusion was via FTSE Russell's Q3 IPO additions process, the company said.

The additions to the indexes coincide with Evolution's the ongoing commercial expansion of its rare earth permanent magnet platform in Pohang, Republic of Korea. The company said it is increasing annual production capacity to about 10,000 metric tons.

The company's shares were up 4.1% in morning trading.
