Everpure Expected to Post Beat-and-Raise Fiscal Q2 Results, Wedbush Says

By

Everpure (P) is expected to deliver another beat-and-raise quarter when it reports fiscal Q2 results on Aug. 26, as stronger pricing, favorable product mix and steady demand support revenue growth, Wedbush said in a report Friday.

The firm estimates fiscal Q2 revenue at $1.10 billion, compared with company guidance of $1.095 billion to $1.105 billion and consensus of $1.097 billion. Earnings per share is estimated at $0.55 versus the Street's $0.58, according to the report.

Pricing continued to rise during the quarter, while the company's shift toward "premium arrays" provided an additional lift, the firm noted, adding that Everpure exceeded its revenue guidance by about 5% in the prior quarter, with product revenue rising 55% year over year.

The firm said Everpure's guidance appears "severely conservative," as its implied H2 growth slowdown does not align with higher pricing, expected hyperscaler demand and continued NAND sourcing growth, the report said.

Wedbush estimates fiscal 2027 earnings per share of $2.55 on revenue of $4.62 billion, above consensus estimates of $2.44 per share and $4.50 billion, respectively.

Wedbush reiterated an outperform rating on Everpure and raised the price target to $127 from $105.
