Everest Medicines (HKG:1952) entered into a commercialization agreement with Hainan Herui Pharmaceutical for budesonide enteric capsules, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Under the agreement, Everest will commercialize the product in mainland China and provide technical guidance and quality oversight for Hainan Herui's manufacturing and supply processes.
