Euroasia Total Logistics' CEO Steps Down

Euroasia Total Logistics (BKK:ETL) said its chief executive officer, Pornchai Daungkeowuttikri, has resigned, effective July 1, due to health reasons.

The company has put in place a succession plan to ensure business continuity and limit operational disruption following the leadership change, according to a Tuesday Thailand Exchange filing.

The board will appoint a successor by June 30, it said.
