Real estate developer Eupe (KLSE:EUPE) declared a an interim single-tier dividend of 0.0220 Malaysian rinngit per ordinary share for the financial year ending Feb. 28, 2027, according to a Thursday filing to Bursa Malaysia.

The dividend is payable on Sept. 10, while the ex-date will be Aug. 24, and entitlement date of Aug. 26.
