Estrella Resources (ASX:ESR) encountered high-grade copper, nickel, silver, and manganese rock-chip assay results from its mineral concessions in East Timor, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
It encountered copper-bearing oxidized massive sulfide at the Sica prospect, including samples of 60.34% copper, 182 parts-per-million (ppm) grade of silver, and 0.75% nickel.
The Daudere prospect, located around five kilometers southwest of Sica, contained oxidized copper mineralization, with a sample of 12.4% copper and 77 ppm grade of silver. Manganese samples from Daudere also returned remarkably consistent high grades, averaging 51.7% grade of manganese.
Its shares jumped 10% in recent trading on Monday.
