ESR REIT (SGX:J91U) has agreed to divest the Ang Mo Ko Industrial building in Singapore for SG$33.3 million, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The divestment of the property, which has a gross floor area of 16,754 square meters, is expected to complete in the third quarter of the year.
Net proceeds from the disposal will be used to repay debt, fund acquisitions and asset enhancement initiatives.
