Equinox Gold (EQX) said Wednesday its shareholders approved the share issuance resolution required for the company's proposed merger with Orla Mining (ORLA).
Orla securityholders also approved the combination, Equinox said. If all conditions are satisfied or waived, the arrangement is anticipated to close on July 31, it added.

Rocket Lab (RKLB) was awarded a $266 million firm-fixed-price completion contract for suborbital launch vehicles, the US Department of Defense said Tuesday.Work for the Air Force project is expected to be completed by Dec.31, 2028, according to a statement.
