Eos Energy Enterprises (EOSE) said Thursday it has started its offering of subscription rights to purchase about 27.4 million units at $5.481 apiece.
Each right represents 0.071193 of a unit, and each unit consists of one share and 0.4388 of a warrant, the company said. The rights offering will expire on July 21.
Eos said it plans to use the net proceeds for investment in Frontier Power USA Parent.
